As the CEO of Temple, Helen brings a proven track record of building efficient, scalable, and technology-driven businesses designed for growth in complex, compliance-driven markets.

With deep expertise in operational excellence, IT systems implementation, and digital platform strategy, Helen’s leadership is focused on future-proofing business models through data-driven decision-making, process innovation, and strong stakeholder engagement. Her hands-on experience delivering ERP, CRM, warehousing automation, and integration projects across B2B and B2C sectors will ensure that Temple continues its trajectory on a foundation of resilience, agility, and customer-centricity alongside Ieesha, Kylie and their teams.

Prior to Temple, Helen held senior executive roles including Chief Commercial Officer at Australis Music Group and CMI Music & Audio. There, she successfully led national-level commercial, technology, and operational strategy—streamlining warehouse, logistics, service, and marketing operations while spearheading business transformation initiatives that improved inter-team collaboration, reduced operational overheads, and opened new revenue streams.

Helen’s passion lies in aligning systems and strategies to deliver tangible business outcomes—whether that's growing gross profit, launching new verticals, or optimising supply chain processes. She has a unique talent for mapping business ecosystems (macro and micro) and designing holistic programs that integrate brand, technology, and partnerships.

Ieesha Sparks brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and commercial leadership to Temple Medical & Scientific. With a background in Biomedical Science and extensive experience in sleep and respiratory medicine, she has built her career at the intersection of healthcare and business.

Ieesha's professional career began at Siemens Medical as an Assistant Project Manager before moving into clinical roles at the Austin Hospital and a private sleep and respiratory clinic in Melbourne. Her expertise spans patient monitoring and diagnostics, sleep study analysis, CPAP, NIPPV, OSA treatment, and lung function testing. This foundation gives her a deep understanding of both patient needs and clinical workflows, insights that she carries into her strategic leadership today.

Since joining Temple Medical & Scientific in 2015, Ieesha has been integral to the company’s growth and reputation. She has successfully launched innovative medical technologies into the Australian market and oversees the day-to-day management of the sales and support teams. In addition, she plays a key role in shaping strategic direction, building partnerships, and negotiating supplier agreements worldwide. Working closely with the Board of Directors, she also contributes to long-term business planning.

Ieesha holds a Business Administration qualification from Griffith University, complementing her scientific and clinical background with strong commercial acumen. This unique combination enables her to bridge the gap between clinical value and business outcomes, ensuring that partnerships deliver results for suppliers, clinicians, and patients alike.

Outside of work, Ieesha embraces the challenges and rewards of motherhood, valuing balance between professional impact and family life. She also enjoys Pilates, travel, cooking global cuisines, and time with her three dogs.

Natasha holds a Bachelor of Biomedical Science with First Class Honours from the University of Western Australia and a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from Deakin University. She is a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) and an accredited sleep scientist with the Australian Council of Clinical Physiologists (ACCP). Natasha has developed broad expertise across sleep, respiratory, and cardiac diagnostics, with a particular focus in sleep medicine.

She has managed a private sleep and respiratory service in Western Australia and has served as a Director with both the Australian and New Zealand Sleep Science Association (ANZSSA) and the ACCP, contributing to governance and membership portfolios. These leadership roles highlight her commitment to advancing professional standards, supporting scientists, and strengthening the profile of clinical physiology.

With a strong interest in healthcare operations, Natasha leverages her clinical and business background to improve efficiencies, optimise workflows, and support the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Outside of work, she is an avid reader of fantasy and mystery novels and enjoys spending weekends staying active and spending time with family and friends.

Orla is a Biomedical Engineer graduating with First Class Honours, with over five years of experience in the medical device industry, spanning R&D, manufacturing, and innovation. She has contributed to a wide range of technologies, including neurological, cardiovascular, urinary, and structural heart devices.

Since joining Temple Medical & Scientific in November 2024, Orla has taken on the role of Territory Manager for NSW and ACT, where she enjoys working closely with clinicians in the sleep and respiratory space.

Outside of work, Orla enjoys reading, sunrises, coffees with friends and Pilates.

With over 10 years of healthcare and business development experience, Maree Fisher brings a deep understanding of clinical operations and patient-centered service to her role as Customer Relations Liaison at Temple Medical & Scientific.

Formerly a Manager at ResMed, Maree led multi-site business development across metropolitan Melbourne, driving growth through strong stakeholder relationships, strategic onboarding, and healthcare education initiatives. Her background also includes hospital administration, equipping her with a solid grasp of workflows, cost management and operational priorities.

At Temple, Maree is dedicated to delivering responsive, informed support to clients in sleep and research environments, ensuring seamless integration of polysomnography solutions and consumables into their care settings.

Kristian is a qualified nurse with a background in Aged Care, who also brings strong technical skills from his IT education and hands-on experience. He’s spent years delivering customer service and solving problems in both healthcare and IT, holding certifications like IT Network Engineering, Cisco CCNA, and CompTIA. His career has included roles at Dell, ING, and Handheld, working as a technician and service manager, and handling everything from server setups to cloud services and desktop support.

Outside work, Kristian loves nature photography, skydiving, flying, and motorsports. He’s a great fit for Temple Medical & Scientific thanks to his passion for helping people, his solution focus, and his dedication as a family man to his two daughters.

Kylie brings with her a wealth of experience in Business Ownership, Financial Control, and Practice Management within General Practice Medicine. She possesses a deep understanding of the day-to-day operations of businesses, with a strong focus on financial oversight, budgeting, and strategic planning. Her hands-on experience includes managing payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting.

Kylie is proficient in a range of accounting software platforms and demonstrates a solid grasp of inventory management and logistics within a warehouse setting. Her broad skill set supports both the financial and operational efficiency of the Temple Medical & Scientific operation.

Cath has a strong background in marketing, telemarketing, and customer service, with skills in managing databases, creating mailouts, and handling back-office operations and accounts. Her problem solving, customer service and cheerful efficiency make her a great asset to the Temple Medical & Scientific team.

Outside work, Cath is busy with her young family, often found cheering on the sidelines of sports games or acting as the family taxi. She’s also known for her delicious homemade preserves, jams, and sweets - especially popular at Christmas time!
