This BlueSensor electrode has an offset design, where the connector is strategically placed away from the sensor area. An offset connector reduces the influence on signal quality by external forces. In addition, an offset connector allows the user to connect and disconnect the electrode wire without applying pressure to the patient or the sensor area, which reduces the risk of spreading the gel and detaching the adhesive from the skin.
The very small Ambu BlueSensor N is ideal for use on facial areas and paediatrics. It features highly conductive wet gel, an offset connector and superior adhesion to ensure optimal signal during short to medium term applications. Thanks to the comfortable foam backing, this electrode is easy to use and gentle on the skin. The N electrode is also available with pre-attached lead wires.
